Shipping & Labels

  • After purchasing, your label is available for immediate download as a PDF.
  • Print your label on standard 8.5" × 11" paper or a 4" × 6" thermal label.
  • Affix the label securely to your package and drop it off at the appropriate carrier location.
  • Labels are valid for the carrier and service level shown at checkout.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices include carrier discounts of up to 80% off retail rates.
  • Fuel surcharges and dimensional weight fees are pre-calculated.
  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.
  • Prices are quoted in USD and charged at the time of purchase.

Refunds & Voids

  • Unused labels can be voided within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once a carrier has scanned a label, it cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • To request a void, email us with your order details.

Tracking

  • Each label includes a tracking number from the carrier.
  • Track your package directly on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24 hours to appear after drop-off.
